Sharni was an Australian and American actor. Born in Australia, Sydney on 22nd July, 1983. Her acting debut occurred in 2001 when she was selected to appear in the Australian Soap soap opera Home and Away where she had a minor role in two episodes. The performance she gave in that small role was so fascinating that the agent who cast the show wanted her to be cast in the principal role in the series. She however did try out for the role, but she wasn't selected. Instead, in the same show she got to play the role of Cassie turner who was the troubled teenage girl who was being looked after by foster parents. Her performance was highly praised by the public and public for her character.
